Kylie 18, was at the tattoo parlour of celebrity inker, Bang Bang on Monday, November 9, 2015.
There, she got a new inking on her hip and went on to show it off on Snapchat. After showing off the inking, Kylie is then seen putting a finger across her famous lips; she probably wants the new tattoo to remain a secret.
