Kim and Kanye West agree settlement with YouTube founder Chad Hurley over leaked engagement video

Select guests: The gossip site reports that Hurley must pay the money in the next few days in order for the lawsuit to be dismissed

It has been nearly two years since Kanye West's elaborate proposal to Kim K.

But the famous couple have only just resolved their legal battle with YouTube founder Chad Hurley over their leaked engagement video, according to reports.

It has been claimed by TMZ that Hurley, who left YouTube to create MixBit, has agreed to pay the Kimye $440,000 for secretly recording and posting the clip.

No cameras allowed: The couple had decided to sue Hurley as they claimed he had manipulated his way into the AT&T Park in San Francisco on the night in October 2013 when Kanye got down on one knee

Kim and Kanye also argued that Hurley had signed a confidentiality agreement before he secretly recorded the video and posted on MixBit.

The gossip site reports that Hurley must pay the money in the next few days in order for the lawsuit to be dismissed.
