Officials in Mexico, are cracking down on serial garbage dumpers by posting their photos on giant billboards, where they are called pigs.

Officials in Nuevo Leon, are taking extreme actions against those citizens who are caught dumping garbage in public places.

Serial garbage dumper Jaime Antonio Molina Martinez, is the latest criminal to suffer public humiliation after being caught dumping garbage in a public place for the third time.

His picture now adorns a billboard and the website of the municipality along with the caption arrested for being a pig.

A warning is given the first time someone is caught littering, a fine on the second time and higher fine for the third time, along with a photo on a billboard.

Officials said that they use the word pig because people must be named for what they are.
