Kelly Osbourne back in the singles market! Calls off engagement!

According to Us Weekly Kelly Osbourne and Matthew Mosshart have ended their engagement after two years together. Spokesperson for the fashion police host told Us Weekly exclusively that the pair have decided to end their engagement,' a statement read; 'Kelly is looking forward to a new year full of fresh beginnings. No further comments will be provided by all parties and we request privacy and space from the press.' 

Just over a month ago, Kelly 29, was gushing about her ex. She said: 'I've never felt this close to another human being, ever. People say we're co-dependent, but we just want to be together all the time.'

 This would be Kelly's second broken engagement!
