According to Premium Times, Joy Onaolapo, one of the paralympians who won a gold medal in the London 2012 Paralympics has been confirmed dead.
Though the cause of her death has not been ascertained, the Head Coach, Nigeria Power Lifting Federation (NPLF), Are Feyisetan disclosed that the federation is trying to contact her family through the state sports council for burial plans.
"What we know so far is that Onaolapo, married with two children, died last week in her home state, Edo.'' he added. May her soul rest in peace amen..
