Kris Humphries 'turns down Kim Kardashian's $10million offer to settle their divorce'.
According to RadarOnline.com, Kris, who is asking for an annulment on the basis of fraud, refused to accept the monetary payment in order to bring their lengthy divorce battle to an end.
A source close to proceedings told the website: 'After Kim filed for divorce, she offered Kris a $10 million payoff, with the agreement that he would not continue to pursue an annulment to their marriage on the grounds of fraud.'
However, Kris is said to have turned down the offer because it has 'never been about money'.
The source added: 'He wants to be able to marry in a church again, with a clear conscience, when he finds someone special. A spokesperson for Kim has denied that she made the offer.
