The 30 yrs old who recently underwent surgery to repair his left eye after a shard of glass penetrated '99 percent' of his eyeball during the famous drake and Chris brown free for all fight,now wears a pair of protective goggles to protect his fragile eyes.
Eva Longoria's former husband had previously explained he was in the wrong place at the wrong time when he was dragged into the Manhattan nightclub brawl.
He said: 'I was with my friend Chris Brown and me and my friends took some punches.
'They started throwing bottles everywhere. I don't know what happened.
He is now
suing W.i.P club's owners for $20m, claiming it was negligent in security and
supervision.
