Adenike Ogungbe was the CEO of Ewar Makeovers. She died in a Shagamu hospital in July from complications of childbirth. A lot of her friends and colleagues have said she will forever be missed. Surprisingly, here is an open letter from her friends to her in-laws.

In exceptional cases, the couple may decide otherwise. The Ogungbe family, without doubt are Yorubas and they have proclaimed long enough to be Christians. Unfortunately, the recent events following their actions and contributions to Adenike Ogungbe’s death has proven this bunch otherwise.

The former gymnast, who is 5ft 8in, is so flexible she can cram herself into a 50cm squared box.She said: 'Doing these poses just feels very natural to me. Sometimes it can get a bit uncomfortable if I have to hold a pose for a long time in photo shoots.

'But I think that's like anyone who sits down for a long time - their muscles get stiff.'

Ayo Adesanya’s Ex Husband: “Marrying Ayo Adesanya Was Like Boarding A ‘One-Chance’ Vehicle”

He tells Encomium magazine:

“The biggest lesson I learnt was not to trust anyone. The person you trust may eventually disappoint. Then I was the greatest fool but today I am the wisest and happiest. Marrying Ayo then was like boarding a ‘one-chance’ vehicle. It was like I could never come across a woman I can love like that not knowing I was just being foolish. If not that she had a baby for me, I would have revealed a lot about her. Will just keep them to myself in the interest of our son. But I was agitated when I read that she wants to remove the tattoo on her hand bearing our logo – No Fear. She is free to do but what about the one on her a*s where my name was written bold, Omogoriola Hassan? How is she going to remove that? That is stupid of her. If at all you don’t like someone again, that doesn’t mean you need to go to that extent. But believe me she’s still thinking about me because if she’s not she wouldn’t be thinking about removing my tattoos on her body”.

I have someone i have a strong feeling for but i guess my fear of commitment has kept me from going further. I am going through counseling now, but i am afraid to live with a man again. I want to love again, i want to have more children but my fear is still there. My marriage didn't pack up because of another woman. No, it is much deeper than that for me. I believe a man is capable of sharing his affection. after all, most of us come from a polygamous setting. having more than one wife does not stop you from being happy, the tendency of getting violent will not even be there. it has not been easy but i don't want to make another mistake. Then people will say she is the one that has the problem. i want to get married but i am being careful. I want to love again, share and care but i have to be careful. there is no age you cannot find love. For now, i am in a relationship.
