Pastor Must Offer Sacrifices For Killing Snake – Anambra Community
An altercation has ensued between members of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN, and Umuoji community in Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State over the killing of a snake in the community by the Overseer of the Mercy Throne Assembly, Umuoji, Rev Jude Chubueze.
The community believes Chibueze had desecrated the land by killing the snake, as snake killing in the area is a taboo, and they had gone ahead to seal his church with palm fronds.
The matter has been taken to the Anambra State Police command which is trying to mediate between the two parties to avoid a breakdown of law and order, and assure a peaceful resolution to it.

Sir Alex Ferguson Retires As Manchester United Manager
Sir Alex Ferguson has retired as manager of Manchester United, the club have confirmed.
71-year-old Ferguson, the most successful manager in English football history, has been in charge of the club since 1986 and will step down at the end of the season.
His last game in charge will be at West Brom on May 19 and he will join the club’s football board.
In a statement on the club’s official website, he said: “The decision to retire is one that I have thought a great deal about and one that I have not taken lightly. It is the right time.
“It was important to me to leave an organisation in the strongest possible shape and I believe I have done so. The quality of this league winning squad, and the balance of ages within it, bodes well for continued success at the highest level whilst the structure of the youth set-up will ensure that the long-term future of the club remains a bright one.

''My husband's mother was Igbo, while her dad was from the south-west here, and because of this, my mother in-law never wanted a yoruba woman to marry her son.
She was also not comfortable with my muslim background then. She wanted an Igbo daughter-inlaw, but my husband said it's me or nothing.
It was a tough battle until God finally prevailed....Whenever she wanted something from my husband and was not getting it immediately , she would start attacking me and saying i'm the one stopping her son from doing her biddings.
it was also an issue when she asked for a baby girl from me and i could not give her. i have four boys in my marriage....At some point, i was encouraged to fight back by my husband, but i refused and kept praying to God to change her. Despite my mother inlaw's opposition towards me, i made sure we took her to US and UK on holidays with us severally and kept showering her with unconditional love. My joy is that we settled before she passed on''

Bishop David Benenoch of Communion Church has shocked most of his congregation during a Sunday Service on September 15th 2012 that he was divorcing his wife, Esther Benenoch because it was an instruction from God. Many wondered on what basis did God ask him to send his wife away.
He even filed a divorce petition against his wife in court. But the story has now changed...
Bishop Benenoch is now singing a different song; he doesn't want to divorce his wife again. He said they have decided to seek prayer solution to their marital challenges. In his words:
"On Saturday the 15th of September last year, I announced my decision to file for a divorce to end my marriage to my wife, Esther. I wish to inform you my friends that Esther and I have decided to seek prayer solution to the challenges of our relationship.
"We are no more pursuing the divorce option at this time. I therefore have since withdrawn my divorce petition from the court.
