The most expensive nail polish in the world has been unveiled.

Containing 267-carats of black diamonds, the tiny bottle of varnish, by Los Angeles-based luxury jeweler Azature, has been priced at $250,000

It is not the first time a nail polish has been sold for such an inflated cost.

Models Own, a British company, released a Gold Rush Couture nail polish last year for $132,800.

Kristen Stewart 'BANNED from premiere of Robert Pattinson's upcoming film Cosmopolis'

Kristen Stewart has apparently been banned from attending the premiere of Robert Pattinson's upcoming film, Cosmopolis.

The red carpet event is set to take place in New York on August 13 ahead of the movie's limited U.S. release on August 17.

But security staff have been told to keep cheating Stewart away from the premiere and after party. Film bosses are said to be concerned 22-year-old K-Stew could seize upon the opportunity to speak to Pattinson - and are worried about the media storm it would cause.

'Security was briefed and they were told that Kristen is not allowed anywhere near the red carpet or the after party.'

Stevie Wonder to divorce fashion designer wife of 11 years!

Stevie Wonder has just filed for divorce after 11 years of marriage.

The Superstition legend put an end to his romance with fashion designer Kai Morris, citing irreconcilable differences at the reason for their demise. Its also reported that the couple has been separated since October 2009. They have two boys Kailand, 10, and seven-year-old Mandla.

Nigerian R&B singer Darey Art-Alade and his wife Deola, announced the birth of their second child - a baby girl through their rep Black House Media.

The bouncing baby girl was delivered this morning at the Queen Charlotte and Chelsea Hospital, London. They also have a son Femi.

Fashola signs New Lagos Road Traffic Bill into Law!

Gov. Babatunde Fashola on Thursday in Ikeja signed the Lagos State Road Traffic Bill into law.

The governor assented to the bill at a ceremony attended by members of the executive council, top officials of the police and those of other traffic management agencies.

Fashola said the new law was a holistic review of the state’s traffic law of 2003, adding that it was designed to ensure safety on the roads.

'He only visited Kile once': Usher's ex-wife Tameka Foster claims singer is faking grief over death of 11-year-old stepson!

Usher's ex-wife has accused the singer of feigning grief over the sudden death of her son in a bid to win sympathy in their bitter custody battle.

Tameka Foster slams the star in newly-filed court documents, claiming he visited his former stepson, Kile Glover, in hospital only once before the 11-year-old was taken off life support.

According to TMZ Tameka is asking the judge to deny her ex's request to delay their next custody hearing, claiming he is only pretending to need the extra time to mourn Kile's death.

Usher, real name Usher Terry Raymond IV, and fashion stylist Tameka, who divorced in 2009 after two years of marriage, are currently fighting for custody of their two sons, Usher Raymond V, four, and Naviyd, three.

According to TMZ, Usher, 33, requested their August 13 hearing be delayed, claiming heading to court 'in the immediate wake of this tragedy' would cause 'unnecessary stress and strain' for all parties involved.

He also fears the court might rule against him in the case in favour of a grieving mother, according to the website.

But Tameka has scoffed at the request in subsequent filings, claiming Usher's attempt to delay the hearing is 'simply a transparent sham', calling his feelings for Kile 'bogus', reports suggest.

The grieving mother claims Usher 'visited Kile in the hospital only once' in the 15 days he was on life support following a freak boating accident last month.

She also claims Usher refused to tweet a message asking followers to 'please pray for Kile', instead opting to tweet a photo of his breakfast.


Tameka asks the judge to move forward with the hearing as scheduled, and claims it will help her to move on from the tragedy.

Newly launched 'Nelson Mandela' fashion line is revealed to have no association with former South African president!

Controversial claims that 94-year-old Nelson Mandela had recently founded a fashion line launching in America. this summer, have been revealed to be untrue.

The label, called 466/64 Fashion, is claiming to be inspired and founded by the former South African president, leading people to believe his political legacy is behind the brand.

However,James Cecil, president of Cadence Communications, which represents the Nelson Mandela Foundation in North America, said in a statement: 'They cleverly use his quotes in their advertising, but this is not his line of clothing; he did not launch it, nor is he associated with it.' 

 Mr Cecil also added that both 466/64 Fashion and the 46664 Foundation 'have no affiliation with Nelson Mandela, the Nelson Mandela Foundation, the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund, nor the Mandela Rhodes Foundation.'

The collection, named after Mandela’s prison number while he was jailed on Robben Island, has, so far, only been available in South Africa.
