Fashion conscious Chinese First lady, Madame Peng Liyuan suffered a terrible makeup mishap as she arrived at the Lord Mayor's banquet in London with her husband. She appeared to have patches of white powder on her forehead and nose. She is believed to has used loose silica powder, which can create a flawless look in person but when hit by a camera flash, it bounces enough light to be show up in photographs.
