Pregnant Coco Austin had her famous backside inspected by a doctor on their daytime talk show Ice & Coco - to prove it's not fake.

                             

Ice T, 57, explained to the audience that rumours that his wife has a cosmetically enhanced backside have 'haunted' the 36-year-old. The couple enlisted a celebrity plastic surgeon to prove once and for all that it's real.
