Already a seasoned traveler, Blue Ivy, now 15 months old, sweetly held hands with mom – who sparkled in a blue catsuit – as 20,000 fans looked on.

"I am very protective," Beyoncé told ABC News during the London leg of her tour. "I just want to make sure that [Blue Ivy] can have a healthy, safe, normal life. ... In the back of my mind, she's my priority. And life is completely different now."

She added, "I feel really, really just lucky that I can still do what I love, and now have a way bigger meaning. And that's to be her mother."

In fact, Blue Ivy may one day be a big sister, according to the singer. "I would like more children," she said. "I think my daughter needs some company."

Nollywood filmmaker and critic, Charles Novia, has reacted to the recent buzz in most social media and blogsabout actresses being paid huge sum to shave their hair.

"And the shaved hair might just be the only bit good about the movies too or why fuss so much about the hair?"

Chika Ike, who reportedly got N5million for shaving her hair, and Ebube Nwagbo are the latest actresses that have made a fuss out of the hair shaving brouhaha.

Mandela frail in first TV footage in months

Nelson Mandela made his first television appearance in almost a year on Monday, looking thin and frail in his Johannesburg home where he has been resting after a bout of pneumonia.

The veteran leader stared mostly straight ahead, his face showing little expression in the footage of a visit from President Jacob Zuma and other officials, shown by state broadcaster SABC.

The 94-year-old was in good health and good spirits, the ruling African National Congress said after the Monday visit, in the first update on his condition since he was discharged from hospital in early April.

"After receiving a briefing from the medical team, the national officials are satisfied that President Mandela is in good health and is receiving the very best medical care," the ANC said.

Zuma and the other leaders had found "Mandela in good shape and in good spirits", the party added in a statement.

Mandela spent more than a week in hospital being treated for a recurring lung infection identified as pneumonia - the third health scare in four months for the Nobel Peace Prize laureate.

Mandela's lung problems date from his time as a political prisoner when he contracted tuberculosis. He spent 27 years on Robben Island and in other jails for trying to oust the white-minority government.

Angry residents of Ono-Odan Street, Ijanikin, Lagos, nearly lynched a mother, Kudirat Abiola, for cutting her nine-year-old daughter, Precious, with razor blade.

Kudirat made deep cuts on Precious’s back, left leg and right arm with the blade to “teach her a lesson.”
