Former Big Brother Africa Winner Uti Nwachukwu declares on his Twitter page that comedian Julius Agwu is the "best dressed comedian in AFRICA."
Well, i agree with Uti, but he should have said Julius Agwu is one of the best dressed comedian. We have other comedian who also dresses well.
