Nigerian youths are Lazy and don't read - El- Rufai
Former minister of the FCT and now chieftain of the Congress for Progressive Change, Malam Nasir Elrufai, has accused Nigerian youths of being lazy and quick to judge. Elrufai made the accusation today on the Twitter (see twits below)
